Need to return an order? Here are some things you should know. There are 3 acceptable reasons CheapFloors accepts returns:
- Merchandise was damaged during shipping.
Always inspect the product you receive. Verify, count and make sure you have
received our products in good condition. If your merchandise was damaged
during shipping, please return all cartons factory sealed. We will not issue
credit for non-defective material that has been opened. Please mark the damage
on the delivery sheet (receipt) or refuse the damaged items. Call us immediately
and inform us about your damaged product. Make sure you save the original
invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase.
- The manufacturer sent you a defective product
If items were shipped without damage, but you discover a manufacturer's defect in
the product during installation, CheapFloors will open a claim against the
manufacturer on your behalf and issue you a return authorization within a couple days.
Call customer service at (877) 247-3566 (Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. through 5:30 P.M.,
Saturday 8:30 A.M. through 1:00 P.M. PST) for return authorization. A return
authorization is required for returns. Once you receive return authorization, pack
and ship the merchandise you wish to return back to our warehouse.
The CheapFloors.com representative will give you directions and a shipping address.
In our efforts to keep our costs low, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
- Personal reasons
In this case If you changed your mind and would like to return the products you've just
received, there would be a restocking fee of 25%. Please call us as soon
as you've decided to return the products. We'll instruct you which shipping company
to call and send you a return authorization.You'll be charged for the
initial shipment costs as well as for the return shipment costs. You may return
the merchandise to Cheapfloors within 15 days, placed in the closed factory
sealed boxes and with no damage. If the boxes will be damaged or opened,
we won't be able to issue credit.
CheapFloors will not accept returns of the following merchandise:
Accessories, including molding, trim, underlayment and glue
looring with "no return" policies set forth by the manufacturer or distributor.
Please check with your CheapFloors representative if this restriction applies
to the flooring you'd like to purchase
Cartons of four or less. If you find that you have a few cartons of excess
material leftover after completing your flooring job, keep the excess cartons
for future repairs
Merchandise without a return authorization
Once CheapFloors receives the returned material, expect 4-6 weeks for your credit to be issued.
The credit will be issued to the credit card used during purchase.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by 2nd day or
Next Day service. In order to ship your products to these places please

be by water. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time
your package leaves our company.
CheapFloors does not ship its products to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries
must be made to a physical business or home address only. Belonging for
specified customer security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature.
If you cannot be available to sign for your package at the time of the
delivery, please make sure that an authorized adult is available at the
designated shipping address. In any case, the original or authorized
recipient will have to show a valid form of I.D. and the original credit card that was used to make the purchase in order to prevent fraud.
